Every Maison de Mart collection begins with an original artistic idea. Through material, texture and scale, these compositions evolve into rugs, murals and surfaces created to shape the atmosphere and identity of a space. Our studio works closely with skilled artisans, combining artistic direction with traditional craftsmanship and carefully selected materials. From the initial concept to the finished piece, every detail is considered in relation to the interior it will inhabit.
Maison de Mart works with private clients, interior designers and architects across residential, hospitality and commercial spaces. Rather than following trends, we create pieces designed to live naturally within architecture and remain relevant beyond a single season.
For us, a rug or mural is never simply decoration. It is art made to inhabit space.

Meet the founder
Eugenia Mart
Eugenia Mart is an interior designer, artist and founder of Maison de Mart, a brand of original textile murals and custom rugs. More than 25 years of interior design practice inform her approach: creating art that becomes a natural part of a home.
Eugenia began her career in Ukraine, where she also developed an international business in interior and home textiles. Her experience with European brands gave her a deep understanding of materials, texture and quality. For nearly a decade, she has been designing interiors in the United States, with projects ranging from private homes and apartments to an ambassador’s residence.
Through her work with clients from different cultural backgrounds, she came to believe that a successful interior begins with understanding the person who lives in it. Daily routines, treasured belongings and personal ideas of comfort matter as much as architecture and proportion. A home should be a place you look forward to returning to.
In 2022, as her native Ukraine faced an extraordinarily difficult time, Eugenia found in painting a way to express what words could not. Her work became a celebration of life and renewal - through expansive floral forms, luminous color and a sense of unfolding possibility.
The encouragement to return to painting came from her daughter, who asked for a work created by Eugenia herself. That simple, personal request rekindled her connection with the canvas. Over time, her original paintings became the artistic foundation of Maison de Mart’s collections.
Today, Eugenia develops the collections alongside her team and production partners. The studio helps private clients find art for their homes and supports designers in realizing their vision adapting the scale, palette and materials, and coordinating murals and rugs with the interior.
Maison de Mart was conceived as a creative house, bringing together original art, interior design expertise and craftsmanship, and welcoming thoughtfully selected collaborations with artists and designers.
